Parts Advisor (E-Commerce) required in North Lincolnshire

Starting salary of c. £28,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Overall package of £32,000 OTE

42.5 hours Monday to Friday with only the odd Saturday

Our client in North Lincolnshire is looking for a Parts Advisor to join a large and successful team.

Reporting to the Parts Manager and working as part of a friendly team, you will be responsible for :

• Creating and maintaining online listings.
• Processing orders from eBay and other sites.
• Answering online enquiries and speaking to customers by phone and email.
• Sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for online customers.
• Taking payments and arranging shipping.
• Data and document handling.

In order to be eligible for this role, our client requires recent or current experience working with automotive vehicle parts. Experience in a similar role would be very beneficial. Overall, you will be IT literate given you will work daily with a dealer management system and an electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving licence with minimal points, and have strong customer service / sales skills with a friendly and charismatic manner.
