This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a key project from start to finish, with the potential for a permanent position following successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of the new build industrial unit project, from groundworks to completion
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to budget
• Coordinate project programmes, site logistics, and client liaison
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Manage project reporting, cost control, and risk managementRequirements :
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on new build industrial units (essential)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
