Job Title : Senior Sourcing Specialist – Indirect Procurement

Location : Welwyn Garden City, UK (hybrid - required to work onsite 2-3 days per week)

Duration : 12 months+ extensions

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead contract renegotiations and implement effective strategies for travel and expense (T&E) card programs within our Indirect Procurement team. This role focuses on managing procurement initiatives for marketing services, corporate travel, and T&E card programs, driving cost savings, and ensuring optimal vendor performance.

Mandatory :

Travel management, marketing, T&E card programs, any one of these (SAP, Concur, Ariba)

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience :

5–7 years of experience in indirect procurement with a focus on contract renegotiations, travel management, T&E card programs, and marketing services.

Proven track record of implementing and managing travel and T&E card programs.

Skills :

Expertise in contract negotiations and supplier relationship management.

Strong project management and implementation skills.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in procurement and expense management tools (e.g., SAP, Concur, Ariba).
