HR Advisor

Our client is an established company with an excellent reputation. Allied with the construction industry they are seeking someone with a passion for all things HR to work with them on a 12 month contract.Very keen to support their workforce, our client is looking for someone to carry out the following duties :

• Provide guidance on HR & company policy, best practice, employee relations, etc
• Play a key role in onboarding, career development, etc
• Support management by supplying HR advice, performance management, etc
• Keep abreast of employment law and ensure company compliance
• Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Ad hoc duties as may be requiredIn order to fulfill this role, candidates should have carried out a similar role and excel in communication and relationship building skills.
