Qualified Energy Assessor (DEA, NDEA Level 3 & 4, OCDEA / OCNDEA, Retrofit Assessor)
DCW Group is seeking a skilled and qualified Energy Assessor to conduct domestic and non-domestic energy assessments, including Retrofit reports. Our mission is to help property owners meet evolving regulatory and sustainability requirements.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can deliver high-quality assessments while also identifying new business opportunities alongside our existing contracts.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct on-site energy assessments for domestic and commercial properties, producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
- Create and develop energy efficiency reports and advisory services for the group.
- Provide expert advice to clients on improving energy efficiency, reducing CO2 emissions, and meeting sustainability regulations.
- Liaise with property owners and developers to help them achieve compliance with energy legislation.
- Travel independently to site locations across the UK.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills :
Accredited Domestic & Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA Level 3, NDEA Level 3 & 4, OCDEA / OCNDEA).Desirable : Retrofit Assessor qualification (or willingness to obtain as we can fund the training through our education contacts).Experience using iSBEM software.Strong knowledge of building regulations and building services.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Ability to manage workloads independently and work collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Drive, Outlook).Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.Willingness to travel to sites across the UK.Seniority level : Mid-Senior level
