Job description

Roc Search have collaborated with a creative agency in Northamptonshire who are looking for a Lead Developer to start with them ASAP!

The successful candidate will be helping to drive technical excellence and leading the creation of cutting-edge digital projects (ie brand campaigns and videos).

Role : Lead Developer

Salary : £45-£55k

Type : Permanent

Location : Hybrid

Requirements :

  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience with PHP & Laravel and JavaScript, HTML & CSS
  • Strong client facing and communication skills
  • Clean driving licence & car / ability to drive

Desirable :

  • Knowledge of jQuery, MySQL / MariaDB, Restful API’s
  • Prior experience mentoring / leading a team OR the willingness to take that next step in your career
