Equans is looking for a Compliance and Asset Manager to join our team in Bellshill on a permenant basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
Reporting to the Account Manager at North Lanarkshire Schools, the Compliance and Asset Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all technical services are delivered in compliance with law, relevant standards and in accordance with good industry practice across the contracts portfolio of schools. They will support asset data collection and management, ensuring project completion activities (such as asset capture and addition to the PPM system) occur and support wider project close out.
The role holder will also lead the close-out of all audit actions and non-conformances. In addition, they will develop and implement the Contract Key performance Indicator (KPI) Compliance System and statutory / mandatory compliance systems across all aspects of technical service delivery across the contract. The role will support during the hand back process ensuring that all documents and asset data is available to the client and stakeholders.
