Job Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
- General Team Administration
- Arranging meetings
- Collating data and sending out to relevant people
- Updating spreadsheets
- Liaising with department heads and assisting with their Administrative needs
- Providing Junior PA support for 2 VP's
- Assisting the EA's with Events and presentations
- Organising travel for Team members
- Booking catering for team lunches
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have worked as an Office coordinator, Junior PA or Office Administrator before. They will have an excellent and professional attitude towards work and
- Be proactive
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Come from a solid Administrative background
- Be detailed
- Be good at building relationships, upwards and with their peers
- Work in a collaborative way
- Have excellent communication skills
