The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within the construction industry, ensuring effective document control, project coordination, and administrative support.Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring all documentation is maintained and up to date.
- Manage project-related correspondence, including emails, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Assist with document control processes, ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Maintain and update project records, ensuring accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project operations.
- Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Support the procurement team with ordering and tracking project-related materials and services.
- Ensure health and safety documentation is recorded and updated accordingly.
- General office administration duties as required.Requirements :
- Prior experience in a Project Administrator or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with document control systems and project management software is desirable.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
