With a strong reputation for delivering excellence, they offer a collaborative and dynamic working environment, fostering professional growth and development.Role Overview : We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the smooth running of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within the construction industry, ensuring effective document control, project coordination, and administrative support.Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring all documentation is maintained and up to date.
  • Manage project-related correspondence, including emails, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist with document control processes, ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
  • Maintain and update project records, ensuring accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Support the procurement team with ordering and tracking project-related materials and services.
  • Ensure health and safety documentation is recorded and updated accordingly.
  • General office administration duties as required.Requirements :
  • Prior experience in a Project Administrator or similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with document control systems and project management software is desirable.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits :
