Up to circa £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company seeking an experienced Health & Safety professional to champion a strong safety culture across the business. Reporting to the Operations Director, the HSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HSE activities while ensuring full compliance across the site.

As the Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will be getting involved in

• Champion EHS Awareness : Foster a proactive safety culture by ensuring all employees understand and adhere to environmental, health, and safety procedures
• Drive Compliance & Best Practices : Develop and implement EHS management systems aligned with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements
• Stay Ahead of Regulations : Continuously monitor and interpret government EHS laws and company standards, creating systems and programmes to maintain full compliance
