M&E Multi Skilled Engineer – Knightsbridge

Salary :   £46,000 + Plenty of Overtime

Exciting opportunity to work for an established Building Services Company situated in Knightsbridge. My client is looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Knightsbridge. The successful candidate will be Multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and the chance to work at this flagship site for a leading FM Service Provider.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical OR Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ level 2 & 3 and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Duties :

• Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
• Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
• All Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS and lighting systems.
• Will be required to carry duties on toilets, drainage, tiling and sinks.
• Engineers must be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find.
• Lamp changes
• Ballast changes
• Emergency light testing
