Service / Logistics Manager - 6-Month Fixed Term ContractClevedon £50,000 pro rata for 6 months / 38.5 hrs per week - covered over 4.5 days - early finish on a Friday!Start ASAPWe are currently looking for a Service / Logistics Manager for a 6-month FTC with a well-established provider of power backup and charging solutions. This role will lead a team of engineers and administrators, overseeing service operations and providing technical support on DC battery chargers and UPS systems.If you're looking for a short-term role, this is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a leadership position within a technical environment!Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of field service engineers and administrators
• Oversee daily operations of the Service Department
• Provide technical support and coordinate training
• Support P&L performance and seek opportunities to grow revenue
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams and support customers on-site when neededSkills and Qualifications :
• Proven experience managing technical / service teams
• HND in Electrical / Electronics or equivalent
• Knowledge of UPS systems and battery technologies (desirable)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
