Are you a passionate Real Estate Solicitor with a keen interest in renewable energy? We are looking for a talented solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join our leading Clean Energy Real Estate team, based in either Edinburgh or Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that advises on high-profile projects across the clean energy sector, including offshore wind, onshore wind, solar, and battery storage.

Responsibilities :

  • Engage in a mix of transactional and advisory work, managing transactions from initiation to completion, including drafting documents, liaising with other firms, and managing completions.
  • Provide expert advice on real estate matters related to clean energy developments.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact and clear communication.
  • Enjoy a level of autonomy that matches your experience, with opportunities to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Benefit from potential secondment opportunities that will expand your skills and industry knowledge.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Relevant Legal Experience in real estate, with a strong interest in the clean energy sector.
  • Exceptional Time Management Skills to effectively handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills to deliver practical and client-focused solutions.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills for clear, effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
