The Opportunity
As a General Manager, you will :
- Have full autonomy and be responsible for the running of the entire business, including full P&L, managing and mentoring employees, driving sales, marketing, logistics and purchasing
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and some existing customers
- Ensure the achievement of your set targets and objectives
- Drive sales growth and company performance
- Be at the forefront of representing and growing your business
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have :
B2B sales and management experienceExperience in the industrial sector, this can be mechanical, electrical etc.Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to spot and capitalise on new business opportunitiesA proven track record of developing relationships with both suppliers and customersNatural leadership qualitiesRewards
As a General Manager, you will receive :
