Kovacs Group is excited to offer this opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced logistics operation in Lutterworth. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our client’s team.

Required :

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 15kg unassisted and handle heavier items with team support.
Commitment to the fixed 4 on / 4 off shift schedule.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Previous experience in distribution or logistics is advantageous but not essential.
6 months Experience - Inhouse License Advantage
Transport Provided due to location and shift pattern.

Daily Duties :

Loading and unloading.

Repeatedly lift items up to 20kg unassisted or via team lift for heavier items (up to 25kg).

Work across various departments as required, showing flexibility and adaptability.

Identify and suggest process improvements based on your daily experience.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues and managers, maintaining high productivity levels.

Complete tasks independently and as part of a team.

Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Compensation :

Competitive hourly pay. £12.25 to £13.75 + Overtime Rates.

Shift :

We have rotation shift .

06 : 00-14 : 00

14 : 00-22 : 00

Night shift Sunday to Thursday – 22 : 00-06 : 00

Mid shift 07 : 00 – 15 : 00, 08 : 00 – 16 : 00, and 09 : 00 – 17 : 00 – depends on business needs.
