Stock Control :
- Ensures accurate and timely completion of stock deliveries, replenishment and managers stock availability
- Ensures permanent accuracy of stock in boutique and lead cycle counts & stock takes
- Ensures efficient organization of back of house and on-the-floor stocks and supervises impeccable state at any time of the day
- Manages and follows up stock transfers between boutiques or stock sent for commercial activities (consignment, photo shoots etc)
- Organizes all stock returns (Faulty goods, Outlet approved pieces etc)
- Reports any stock discrepancies and provide explanation on stock losses
- Work with Boutique Manager to ensure optimal stock levels on a ident basis to support commercial objectives
After Sales :
Manages all the after sales stock movementEnsures accuracy of after sales stock in boutique, with properly maintained records and status updates, and leading cycle countsRetail Operations :
Assists the Boutique Management with key holdingAccurate management of all till operationsIT system maintenance and reportingSupports sales team when requiredCo-ordinate boutique shared communication through control of boutique email in conjunction with management teamKeyholding responsibilities for secure opening and closing of boutiqueAdministration :
Responsible for the follow up and management of all shipping documentsSupports the manager to formalize and update the operating procedures of the boutique (stocks, cash desk, security)Provides administrative support to the team in booking couriers, deliveries, transfersProvides operations support for the Boutique regarding supplies order (clients drinks, cleaning products, packaging…)Supports the manager to ensure perfect compliance with internal compliant processesEnsures all paperwork is filled according to company proceduresGeneral InformationClient Experience & DevelopmentSupport the boutique sales through shop floor and remote selling as requiredAlways ensure impeccable customer service, appropriate to the country’s flagshipActively promote the brand CRM strategyExecution of all planned activities in the boutiqueHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
