Job Title : Power Press Setter
Location : Redditch
Salary : Negotiable DOE
Hours : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 15 PM, Monday to Thursday (4-Day Week)
Permanent Position - Immediate Start Available

Your Role :
- Set and operate a variety of mechanical and / or hydraulic power presses
- Carry out safe and efficient tool changes and machine setups
- Complete pre-start safety checks and follow RoSPA / HSE safety protocols
- Perform first-off and in-process quality checks using engineering drawings
- Report machine or tooling issues to the maintenance team
- Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with lean manufacturing principles
