Production Operative

Our client is searching for an individual who is driven to work to the best of their ability in a fast-paced factory environment. You will ideally have an FLT license in order to successfully complete the varied responsibilities within the role.

Your duties as Production Operative :

• Operate various machinery to ensure production is maintained whilst ensuring key targets are achieved.
• Help to perform routine maintenance on machinery to limit and prevent breakdowns.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to foster a safe working environment.
• Monitor quality of products during the production process, making adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation surrounding production.
• Complete change-over of machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Help to meet production deadlines and targets.
• Work in line with all Health and Safety requirements.

Skills / qualifications required in order to be successful :
