Every member of the CPM team contributes to the overall growth of our business. People are at the core of CPMs business proposition so as a key member of the CPM team this role is expected to make a significant contribution to the culture within CPM, via demonstrable initiatives to drive best practice and continuous improvement. A winning attitude combined with a digital mindset is essential for success in this role.
The main focus of this role is to provide achievement and delivery against the Client’s Key Result Areas and targets for CPM by maximising orders / sales in & out in their assigned stores across all SKU's. The Territory Sales Developer role is a combination of sales, merchandising and activating. They are responsible for the availability of core range, share of space and activations within their Geographical region.
The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are :
Requirements
Full driving licence is essential
Previous sales or merchandising experience in the retail sector
A good understanding of the FMCG sector with knowledge of the convenience channel desirable
