Location : Glasgow City Centre - Full Time, office based

Previous experience in a role as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is required for consideration

Salary : £30,000, depending on experience

Your Role and Responsibilities - Executive Support

  • Manage the Chairman’s and Directors’ calendars, appointments, travel plans, and correspondence, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, fostering positive relationships and facilitating direct access to the Directors’ time.
  • Communicate professionally with key stakeholders and brand partners on behalf of the Directors.
  • Research, prioritize, and address incoming issues with discretion and a sense of urgency.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the Directors and internal departments, maintaining credibility and support among senior management.
  • Keep the Directors informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, enabling effective leadership.
  • Draft correspondence, manage deliverables, and ensure all tasks are completed on time, even under pressure.

What we’re looking for :

The ideal Personal Assistant will be :

  • Someone with at least 5 years experience in a similar role working directly with CEO's and Directors.
  • Exceptionally organized, with a structured approach and a collaborative spirit in a results-driven, people-oriented environment.
  • Capable of exercising good judgment in various situations, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently on projects from conception to completion, thriving under pressure.
