Deliveringdishes cooked and presented to company specificationManagingorders, stock, invoices and food profitDevelopingyour team alongside the Head ChefDailyoperation of the kitchenWorkingclosely with the General Manager to meet the needs of the businessAs a Sous Chef you willneed to have :
Minimumof a year working as a Chef de Partie or Sous ChefBeable to read, interpret, demonstrate and execute all basic meat, fish, sauceand side dishes as provided by the supervisor
