What willthe role of Sous Chef involve?

  • Deliveringdishes cooked and presented to company specification
  • Managingorders, stock, invoices and food profit
  • Developingyour team alongside the Head Chef
  • Dailyoperation of the kitchen
  • Workingclosely with the General Manager to meet the needs of the business
  • As a Sous Chef you willneed to have :

  • Minimumof a year working as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
  • Beable to read, interpret, demonstrate and execute all basic meat, fish, sauceand side dishes as provided by the supervisor
