Maintenance Engineering Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Engineering / Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the maintenance function within our production environment.Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations across the department.
• Plan, monitor, and manage contractors involved in maintenance duties to ensure compliance and performance.
• Lead the maintenance team, managing staff training, communication, absence and performance, and identifying upskilling opportunities.
• Work closely with other departments to identify, plan, and execute re-engineering solutions focused on continuous improvement.
• Organise Capital Ex Projects from planning to execution.
• Implement and control the spare parts strategy, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency.
• Maintain and execute the Preventive Maintenance Plan, ensuring timely task completion and resource allocation.
• Manage and adhere to the maintenance budget as outlined in the business plan.
• Plan and execute maintenance shutdown activities effectively and with minimal disruption.
