Education required :
Language requirement : Written and spoken fluency in English
Other requirements : You must live within a 60-minute commute of the site location on the day you start your apprenticeship as you are expected to be on site daily.
Expected Start date : 01 September 2025

Ahead together with tailored training and career development
This is a 4-year practical, hands-on apprenticeship where you’ll be working towards a BEng Professional Engineering (Manufacturing Engineer) through Aston University.
As the Manufacturing Apprentice you will gain all the skills, knowledge, and behaviours you need to excel within manufacturing engineering environments. With a focus on planning for the future of the sector, apprentices will be equipped to meet the evolving demands of the industry.

Once you've submitted your online application form, you'll need to complete two online assessments prior to the assessment centre stage and as part of this, you'll be asked about your motivation for the role – we’d like to hear about why you applied to this role and your motivation for it in the context of pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will be asked a 2nd question on what strengths, skills or interests you have that will enable you to be successful in this role. Please be as targeted as you can!
