Interim Director of Communications

We are working with a regulatory body to appoint an Interim Director of Communications. You will be responsible for leading a team covering digital, external communications, editorial, press and events, as well as internal communications.

As a leader within the organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring their voice is clear, trusted, and influential across all audiences – from the public and media to stakeholders and government. You will lead on making sure their communications have the right impact. There will be opportunity to innovate and test new approaches to communications to help deliver more impact. The ideal candidate will have a track record of achievement in complex organisations, the ability to think strategically, and excellent communication skills and judgement.

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of understanding complex policy issues and translating them into accessible, compelling information for a range of audiences
