Your Responsibilities :
Support Learning and Development :
Work alongside teachers to create an encouraging and engaging learning environment for students.
Tailored Assistance :
Provide one-to-one or small group support, focusing on the individual sensory and communication needs of each student.
Build Positive Relationships :
Form trusting and supportive connections with students, ensuring they feel safe and included.
Promote Positive Behaviour :
Use creative strategies to encourage positive behaviour, adapting your approach to meet each student's needs.
Assist with Personal Care :
Offer personal care when required, maintaining the dignity and respect of each student.
