Nurse Practitioner

Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) – Full-Time – North BristolWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join a well-established GP surgery in North Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team in a modern practice with excellent facilities.Role Details :

• Hours : Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• Shift Pattern :
• 3 early shifts (08 : 00-16 : 00)
• 2 late shifts (Thursday & Friday, 10 : 30-18 : 30)
• Start Date : ASAP (notice periods considered)
• Salary : £25-£28 per hour (negotiable for the right candidate)Key Responsibilities :
• Providing high-quality patient care within a busy practice setting
• Managing Chronic Disease Management (CDM)
• Handling minor illness cases
• Independent prescribing
• Conducting home visits (half-day per week locally and half-day at a care home, if required)
• Using EMIS Web clinical systemThe Practice :
• Single-site practice with a patient list of 19,000
• Purpose-built modern premises with on-site parking
• CQC rating : Good (2019)
• Strong multidisciplinary team including :
• 8 partners (6 GPs, 1 Nurse Partner, 1 Pharmacist Partner)
• 8 salaried GPs
• 6 Practice Nurses
• 6 Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)What We’re Looking For :
