Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, presenting our products or services, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Outbound Calls : Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads, sell products or services, and follow up on previous interactions.
  • Customer Engagement : Maintain a thorough understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their benefits and value to customers.
  • Sales Targets : Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication, active listening, and personalized service.
  • Data Management : Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Reporting : Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity logs, lead status updates, and sales performance metrics.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with other sales team members and departments to share insights, strategies, and best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role is preferred.
  • Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Customer Service : Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Organization : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in using CRM software, call management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Working Conditions :

  • Hours : Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM
