Town Planner - Bedford - Competitive Salary + Benefits

We are seeking a dedicated Town Planner to join a well-established consultancy based in Bedford. This firm specialises in providing comprehensive planning and development services, particularly within the bereavement sector, including cemeteries and crematoria. ​

Key Responsibilities :

Manage planning applications from inception to approval.​

Provide strategic planning advice to clients.​

Engage with stakeholders and local authorities.​

Prepare detailed planning reports and statements.​

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects.​

About You :

A degree in Town Planning or a related field.​

Experience in town planning, preferably within the private sector.​

Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations and policies.​

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.​

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.​
