Purchase Ledger Team Leader

E & M are currently supporting a global business who are looking to appoint an experienced Purchase Ledger Team Leader to their busy transactional finance department.Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager and responsible for managing up to 4 PL Clerks, you will be tasked with overseeing the timely processing of all AP duties.- Processing and devliering supplier payments on time- Handle escalated queries- Day to day training and development of team- Management of team inc holiday requests, sickness and performance related tasks- Set and manage own teams KPIs- Work closely with PL Manager and other TLs to ensure efficient AP department- Month end close dutiesTo be considered for the role you must have demonstrable experience in a Team Leader role or be time served as a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk.This is a full time, permanent position that offers hybrid working...
