Compensation : Starting at $26.19 / hour; $28.48 / hour after 1 year
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety SOPs and procedures
- Perform loading, case picking, VNA, and receiving functions as per SOPs
- Provide breaks to dock shippers as needed
- Operate stretch wrappers, forklifts, dock equipment, and battery changers safely
- Fulfill orders according to SOPs and guidelines
- Verify load quantities using load tags
- Secure cases on pallets to maintain product integrity during transit
- Label and perform basic tasks within Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Use inventory management systems efficiently and accurately (WMS, YMS / Infolink)
- Participate in shift change briefings
- Inspect equipment and report repairs
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalentExperience or training as a forklift operator is desirablePrior manufacturing experience is a plusSkills & Competencies
