About the Receptionist role;

  • Welcoming guests to the Resort
  • Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
  • Responding to daytoday enquires
  • Ensuring that guest information and welcome packs are correct and ready for our Guests arrival on Resort
  • Having a strong Resort knowledge
  • Dealing with guests queries either facetoface by email and over the telephone
  • Completing daily administrative duties
  • Using inhouse systems alongside Word and Excel

Hours of work :

  • A parttime position working 2440 hours per week
  • All straight shifts
  • Reception is open between the hours of 8am 10pm 7 days per week

    • You will take personal pride in;

  • Being a friendly and approachable team member helping guests with any questions or queries they may have
  • Ensuring that the reception is kept clean and presentable creating a professional first impression
  • Being selfmotivated with a positive outlook and a passion to do your best
  • Having excellent organisational skills
  • Promoting teamwork by establishing strong working relationships with those around you by treating your colleagues with respect

    • 12.21 per hr (Over 21

    10.00 per hour 18 20 years old
