What Youll Be Doing

Recruitment Consultants manage their own desk with the opportunity to bring on new clientsSupported and guided by our Key Relationship Manager, you'll be driving new business opportunities through proactive, sales-focused approachesSupported by our candidate resource and our social media & marketing guru, you'll be finding top talent by sourcing, headhunting, and screening candidatesUltimately Recruitment Consultants succeed by building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure your high commission and bonus potential.
