What You'll Be Doing :

• Ensure Safety : Maintain a zero-accident mindset, adhering to health and safety standards and best practices.
• Asset Care : Perform reactive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment.
• Drive Efficiency : Minimise downtime through effective fault finding and problem-solving.
• Plan & Improve : Execute planned maintenance, support continuous improvement projects, and lead operator asset care initiatives.
• Collaboration : Work with other departments to meet business priorities and ensure smooth production.
