Your Role : Greet customers warmly and ensure aseamless service experience

Book vehicles into the workshop and liaise with technicians

Keep customers updated on their vehicles progress and completion time

Provideoutstanding customer care, including handling onward travel arrangements

Stay up to date with product knowledge through manufacturer-led training

Professionally recommend and upsell necessary repairs

Maintainhigh standardsin administration and organisation
