Finance AssistantBransford£25,000 - £30,000Full time, permanentAbout the Role : Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant, the role involves diverse responsibilities across accounts payable and receivable, expense reporting, payroll assistance, and general administrative support.Key Responsibilities :
- Accounts Payable : Processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining supplier records.
- Accounts Receivable : Managing invoices, following up on payments, and maintaining customer accounts.
- Expense Reporting : Ensuring compliance with company policies while managing employee expense claims.
- Payroll Assistance : Supporting payroll processes as needed.
- Audit & Administration : Providing documentation for audits and performing general office duties.Requirements :
- Proven experience in a similar finance role.
- Proficiency with SAGE.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
