Business Analyst – Foreign Government Advisory

250 - £400 per day (Inside IR35) - several opportunities available depending on YOE

Hybrid – London (2 days per week in-office)

9 month contract

We are looking for a confident, articulate Business Analyst to support high-profile foreign government advisory project.

This role offers hands-on exposure to reform, focusing on modernisation, process optimisation, and strategic advisory. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills who can think strategically and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with foreign government clients, supporting process optimisation and reform.
Analyse existing operational processes, identifying efficiencies and innovation opportunities.
Conduct market benchmarking, comparing international best practices.
Support data analysis and reporting, helping shape policy recommendations.
Assist in evaluating procurement systems and technology solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience :

Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst / Consultant (consulting, procurement, or public sector transformation preferred). Note more senior BAs are encouraged.

Strong client engagement and communication skills – polished, professional, and comfortable with senior stakeholders.

Working knowledge of procurement processes and tendering frameworks from previous projects is preferred. Exposure to politics / public sector is a plus.

Sharp, adaptable, and eager to learn in a high-impact advisory context.
