Key Responsibilities

Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systemsFault finding, testing, and inspection in commercial propertiesEnsure all work is completed to high industry standards and in compliance with regulationsCollaborate with a team of engineers to maintain building efficiencyMaintain accurate documentation and reporting of maintenance activities

Requirements

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)Level 3 Electrical Qualifications (NVQ or equivalent)Minimum 3 years of UK industry experienceStrong understanding of electrical systems in commercial environmentsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent problem-solving and communication skills
