Location : Sunderland and surrounding areas

Package : Permanent, 36 hours a week with a 12 : 30 finish on a Friday, 31 days holiday, pension

The job :

Fire Risk Management : Providing advice and guidance to the Group on how to implement recommendations from the Group's fire risk assessment programme. Conducting fire risk assessments across all properties, preparing reports, and advising on implementation of recommendations.

Emergency Planning : Supporting the development and testing of emergency plans, including fire evacuation and stay put procedures.

Building Safety : Implementing and improving the Group's building safety management system. Providing building safety advice to stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation.

Building Safety Regulator Compliance : Supporting the submission of Building Assessment Certificate applications to the Building Safety Regulator. Supporting the...
