We produce more than 160 million units per year across 600 different product lines for customers such as Morrisons, Tesco & Asda.Pay rates (Over time is after 36 hours a week x1.25)Day shift - £14.06 an hour (Rises to £14.48 once hit required skill level) What you'll be doing Responsible for mixing ingredients and raw materials in commercial kettles to create our saucesYou will need to follow recipes and specifications, as well as ensuring consistency across batches so that our customers receive high quality products on time, every timeEfficiently carry out any assigned operation or task, meeting all output targetsEffectively contribute to improved line performance and efficienciesMaintain excellent Housekeeping, Health & Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene standardsResolve running problems / issuesHandling food ingredientsAble to follow manual lifting processes to handle 5kg to 20kg weighted resources.Participate in training and mentoring of new staffIdentify opportunities to continuously improve the production / processCommunicate effectively with your area leadersWhat we're looking forWe're not all the same at Greencore and our differences help us to make every day taste better for all our stakeholders.
