Our Chiswick House Day Nursery in Chiswick, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for an SEND Nursery Practitioner to who is responsible for supporting, assessing, planning and monitoring the progress of children with special educational needs.

1-1 SEND Support

FTC until August 2025 (May be able to take on permanently)

What will you be doing :

  • Acting as a liaison between parents and staff for children with special educational needs and disabilities
  • Advising and supporting other Nursery Practitioners regarding children with special educational needs or disabilities
  • Ensuring that appropriate Individual Education Plans are in place
  • Ensuring that relevant background information about children with special educational needs or disabilities is collected, recorded, and updated.
  • Keeping up to date with initiatives and best practice
