Our Trade Advisors , who are a dedicated team within our Contact Centre, are an integral part of our service delivery promise as they provide dedicated support to our Jet2holidays Travel Agent Partners who may require additional help to ensure customers Have a Lovely Holiday when booking a Jet2holiday in store.

What will you do as a Trade Advisor?

  • Receive a wide range of enquiries from our Independent Travel Agent Partners regarding their customers holiday bookings
  • You will provide guidance and insight to support our partners in delivering a fantastic customer experience
  • Building positive relationships with our Trade Partners is key to this role in order to help them to deliver our famous customer service
  • Be knowledgeable and confident on our i n-house system s; the ability to navigate and accurately update and identify information is an essential part of doing what we say we will for our Trade Partners.
  • Work as One Team to support colleagues within the contact centre to ensure a VIP service is delivered to all our Flight Only customers , aswell as our Trade Agent partners

    • What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?

  • Previous customer service experience within the contact centre or travel agent industry.
  • A genuine passion for going above and beyond for our Trade Partners
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in partnership with external partners
  • Previous experience in a remote / home based role would be beneficial
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work well independently is crucial

    • This role is available on a full time (40hour per week) permanent contract basis and you must be able to start on 2nd December 2024.

    You will join us for 8 weeks training, from this date. Training will be take place Monday - Friday 08 : 30-17 : 30 . Please note no leave can be taken during your training period , other than 25th, 26th & 27th December .

    We offer various fixed shift patterns, all covering our opening hours in Trade which are 7 days a week, from 08 : 30-18 : 30 Monday-Friday and 09 : 00-18 : 00 on weekends, 364 days a year.

    We will provide you with your computer equipment, however a key requirement of the role is that you must have a suitable working space at home, along with a high speed broadband connection . You must also be based in the UK.
