Interim Director of Service Delivery (Homeless Prevention)
Location : Gateshead with regular travel across the north east
46,786 per annum (FTE).
Hours :
Minimum 22.5 hours per week, hours to be agreed at interview with flexibility to meet the requirements of the post.
Duration :
Minimum of 9 months, with the potential for this to be extended and possibly become permanent.
Job Purpose :
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Executive team, leading the Homeless Prevention Department which has responsibility for our drop-in’s at Gateshead and Sunderland, our Housing First service and our Outreach and Resettlement service. You will have strategic responsibility and oversight for the Department, and ensure that our practice matches the vision and ethos of Oasis Community Housing. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will also provide Christian leadership within the charity and its activities. We are looking for someone who could commit to at least 22.5 hours per week, with the opportunity to discuss what hours work best within the role and for the organisation. This is an exciting time for the charity, with new projects across the Homeless Prevention Department and the opportunity to further expand the work that we do. This role will be key in developing work in new areas.
