As the company continues to expand, there is an opportunity for an AV Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-profile projects.About the RoleThis role is ideal for an experienced AV Engineer who enjoys both technical problem-solving and hands-on implementation. Working closely with creative, technical, and production teams, the role involves designing, installing, and maintaining AV systems that bring interactive experiences to life.Key Responsibilities

• Plan, install, and configure AV hardware, including projectors, LED walls, sound systems, and control systems.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and technical specialists to integrate AV solutions into interactive spaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure seamless performance.
• Support live events and interactive activations, performing on-site maintenance and technical checks.
• Work with DMA, Art-Net, and media servers (e.g., Disguise, Resolume, Green Hippo) to power digital content.
• Stay ahead of the latest AV and immersive technology trends to help refine future projects.What’s Required
• Proven experience in AV engineering, ideally within production / events / creative agency
• Strong technical knowledge of AV hardware, control systems (Crestron, AMX, or Extron), and networking principles.
• Experience with LED walls, projection mapping, and interactive displays.
• Experience with DMA, Art-Net, and media servers is highly desirable.
• Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach to troubleshooting.Why Apply?
