Assistant Store Manager

We are recruiting for a store manager for a well established retailer, specialising in menswear, ladieswear, accessories and homeware, for their store based near Ilminster. The company was created in and continue to grow in strength within shops and concessions in the UK and internationally. The role of store manager will be responsible for driving sales; by leading the team and supporting them to achieve KPIs targets. It is about the customer journey for this company and you will create a positive retail atmosphere in the shop, which is focused on delivering results.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in retail management with a drive for sales. Youll be passionate about retail and fashion with determination to succeed. You will be a strong people manager, inspiring and supporting others with your passion and expertise.
