What we look for in a Reception Manager :
Maintain high energy levels and ensure smooth service delivery to keep guests satisfied.Lead and support the reception team,Handle check-ins, reservations and guest interactions alongside the team.Take pride in training and mentoring new staff members.Utilise IT systems effectively to manage reservations and guest information.Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.Attention to detail and high standards of service in keeping with a 4 star hotel.
