Owen Payne Recruitment is delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established client in the agriculture and food production industry . We are currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive Service Administrator to join their growing team based in TF10.

This is a permanent position from day one, offering a fantastic opportunity to work in a varied, fast-paced, and supportive environment. Note : No public transport!

Key Responsibilities :

• Daily updates to planning and scheduling boards

Manage and maintain CMMS data (Computerised Maintenance Management System)

Coordinate holiday requests, team rotas, and return-to-work forms

Maintain the Time Management System (TMS)

Create and manage reports, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations

Track and update training records, support training scheduling

Manage PPE orders and inventory

Carry out daily process checks and flag issues / non-conformities
