As Managing Director of ATPAC UK & Ireland you are taking the lead to further growth and strategic development of the country organization with full P&L responsibility. You will develop and coach your direct reports ensuring that they are given the resources and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with ATPAC.
In your role you will also assess additional revenue opportunities / market share and drive customer engagement that strengthens the companys position in the market while being committed to further develop a highperforming team and organization.
Key responsibilities include :
- You will ensure growth and profitability of the whole business operation of ATPAC UK & Ireland
- You will be responsible for the balance sheet budget and KPIs in the country and reporting directly to the Regional Director
- You coordinate and support lobbying and professional key account management to expand the companys project pipeline.
- You will manage and coordinate all activities between the departments and optimize develop and implement organizational processes and structures from an operative as well as strategic point of view
- You will initiate the compilation and realization of the sales strategy pricing management of claims inventory management and health / safety regulations
- You will act as a role model and to be the highest promoter of the ATPAC strategy principles of management and code of conduct and to be responsible for compliance of internal and external rules and regulations
Qualifications :
Outstanding General Management (full P&L) experienceLocal UK Business knowledge paired with strong Business Acumen proven track record with a similar business requiredSolid experience network & access as well as indepth understanding of the local UK / Ireland industry market (ideally scaffolding knowledge)Strong Commercial / Sales background and affinityExperience with change managementVery high engagement level and handson approachInternational Management experience would be a major benefitProven leadership skills :gets the most and best out of people
