CACHE Level 3 Practitioner - Pre-School Unit

Boddington (Daventry) - Own Transport Required

8 : 40 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Temporary Position (6 Weeks - 3 Months)

We are looking for a CACHE Level 3-qualified practitioner to join our client in their pre-school unit on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have experience running a UK-based pre-school, be confident in engaging with parents, and take initiative while working as part of our team. Consistency is key, so they are keen to have the same person in place for the full duration.

About the Role :

Working with a small mixed-age group (2-5 years old) - 5 pre-schoolers & 4 reception children

A teacher will be present in the mornings but not always

Afternoon support from a TA may be available depending on numbers

Ensuring a nurturing and structured learning environment

What We're Looking For :

CACHE Level 3 qualification

Experience leading a UK-based pre-school

Strong communication skills to engage with parents and staff

Initiative and reliability - vital for consistency

Own transport (due to rural location with no public transport)
