    • The Role
    • We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team.
    • You will be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of our bar.

    • Key Responsibilities
    • Prepare and serve a range of drinks, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, to a high standard.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and engaging experience for guests.
    • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
    • Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to all licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
    • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Engage with guests, offering recommendations and sharing knowledge about our drinks menu.
    • Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
    • Assist in stock management, including ordering and inventory checks.
    • About You
    • We are looking for someone who :
    • Has previous experience as a bartender in a hospitality setting.
    • Is passionate about drinks, from classic cocktails to fine wines and craft spirits.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure.
    • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Is confident, proactive, and enjoys engaging with guests.
    • Is flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Holds a personal licence (preferred but not essential).
