Project Manager

Selexa Consulting are partnered with an innovative technology client, recruiting for an experienced Project Manager (Engineering). Our client provide the foundations in enabled technology for a range of sectors, through semiconductor processes, developing pioneering technology.We are looking for an experienced PM, with experience of managing projects concurrently on time, within budget and satisfactorily.Opportunity : Our client has a number of projects and products currently at different stages in development, and we now need a competent Project Manager to develop these projects, working with Engineering, Manufacturing and the wider business function to deliver these projects successfully.The Role :

• You will be responsible for managing multiple development projects concurrently
• You will be working with business leadership to prioritise and develop projects simultaneously
• You will be accountable for compiling, managing and updating Project Plans
• Providing regular updates to the CEO and Leadership regarding project status, including wins and losses / issues
• Ensure Project resource requirements are matched to deliver successfully across the business from people, equipment, materials, budgets and timeframes
• Propose modifications to process / documentation to increase likelihood of success, efficiency and quality
• Monitor the performance of project plans and company projects, both in-house and at client / customer site
• Write and maintain technical documents to improve fault finding & installationsProfessional Skills :
• Degree qualified in relevant degree – Engineering, Physics, Technology
• Demonstrative ability to deliver projects concurrently
• Assertiveness and confidence to challenge stakeholders
• Comfortable within a tech / engineering environment
• Work collaboratively with engineering colleagues and leadership across the business
• Ideally, but not essential, a proficiency within PM applications – APMP, Prince 2, Primavera P6, excel proficiency etc
